To note that the muscles of our body consists of 2 types of muscle. Type 1 and type 2. Type 2 is divided again into 2, Type 2a and 2b. Type I is a slow type muscle (red muscle) or muscle stamina. As the name implies (slow type muscle), muscle movement is really slow, so that movement is not explosive, but durable. Unlike the contrary with the muscle of type 2, which is fast and explosive but quickly tired.
So, why do we need to know about the types of muscle to elevate the springboard? Because for exalt leap, which was instrumental is the type 2 muscle, especially type 2 b that is super fast muscle types. So, to raise the leap, we need to specifically train this muscle.
In a jump, not only strength but especially so basically how fast the force is released. The comparison is like a small with a big. Which is a higher jump? Type of exercise we need to do is max physical exercise with the reps low. As with short-distance sprints, ran as fast and as hard as possible during practice. However no need to much repetition. Enough 6-8 reps with 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest.
Lower leg muscle weight training is a major exercise. Especially the calf muscles and thighs. As well as the core abdominal and back muscle (balancing) of the body.
